Journal of Commonwealth Law
The Journal of Commonwealth Law is published by UdeM’s common law programme and is devoted to the study of comparative approaches to public and private law issues across the common law world. The journal is published twice each year and is available online as well as in a print edition.
Our most recent edition (2019:1) is devoted to Good Faith in Contract.
Our next issue (2020:1) explores the protection of human rights in administrative agencies.
